What does the MOON, MOOD, SLEEP and PARASITES all have in common?

Updated: Nov 23, 2023

Have you ever noticed that you feel differently at different times of the month? It’s not just you.

Everything in nature has cycles.

You may know the cycle of the full moon plays a role in the ocean’s tides. It also plays a huge role on human function and health (Don't forget - We are made up of 70% water).

An example of this role is with our neurotransmitters.

Melatonin is one.

You may of heard about melatonin and sleep. It helps us with the sleep-to-wake cycle.

During the full moon our melatonin levels naturally drop. Which is why some people say they can’t sleep around the full moon. (Insert wolf howl)

What you may not know about Melatonin is that it also plays an important role in fighting off critters.

So when your melatonin levels are down, critters take advantage. Possibly causing issues like insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep and your immune system may not be functioning at its best.

Serotonin is another.

You may know Serotonin as the happy hormone which helps in regulating our mood, feelings of well-being and happiness.

Serotonin increases during the full moon.

Parasites are attracted to serotonin, they have serotonin receptors, so they come out to steal your serotonin!

Resulting in you not feeling as good as you should - Mood changes or emotional spikes, unusual depression, anxiety, fatigue and changes in energy are all common symptoms.

So you can see why the moon cycle is so important for your overall health.

(Not just a hippie belief!)

With parasitic activity being greater during a full moon period (due to the increase in serotonin and a decrease in melatonin during this phase) the best time to "ramp things up" in a parasite cleanse is during the full moon.

Increasing your dosage of the parasitic cleansing items during a full moon will help target and eliminate parasites that might be a little harder to find during other times and improve your results.

You may be thinking you don't have any parasites or do you really need to get rid of them?

Let's go over some of the many unwanted symptoms they may cause someone...

Sleeping issues, anxiety and depression all make sense due to the above neurotransmitters...

But they can also cause other issues like fatigue, weight-gain, bloating, inflammation, cravings, food intolerances, flatulence, headaches, anal itching, heart palpitations, skin rashes, jaw issues, teeth grinding, constipation, diarrhoea, unwell feelings, joint and muscle issues and much more.

This may help your answer.

Say goodbye to some of your little friends and hello to your old-self!

Ciao for now!
